Some features we’ve added during our time in Early Access did not resonate as much as others, causing these certain features to be currently on hold.- SKILL TREE - Will be replaced by a new system that fits the subject matter closer.- CLASSES - May come back in Creative Mode, but in order to make classes worthwhile would take the game in a very specific direction, relying much more on character advancement and specialized class abilities. We’re not confident that this would/has added to the game.- PUBLIC PVP SERVERS - This is tough one - but we found that trying to explore a new world while getting attacked and shot at by other explorers does not fit the spirit and subject matter of our game. We like PVP, and are looking at other ways of including a PVP mode, possibly in a custom server option.- MALE/FEMALE/SHAPE CUSTOMIZATIONS ON AVATARS - As much as we like these features, we chose to put them on hold in order to get the space travel and new Main Menu systems in. These will likely be added back in the coming updates.- MULTIPLE AVATARS - Having a variety of avatars makes the upcoming modes a bit muddy, so we’re exploring the idea of one astronaut avatar in the game - we’re hoping this adds more value to your avatar and player progression, while also allowing for flexibility in your private universe by allowing you to play your avatar in any Mission or Universe. I started.. wanted to play it like crazy, saw the beauty, but then motion blur hits and you lose your pizza, can't aim to protect yourself, can't walk through doors or anything that involves movement, but in those few still moments of the games drunken stupor called motion blur, I was able to move so slowly that I actually got to look around like a panned picture that a camera had taken, utterly beautiful. Would definitely play with the motion blur off, but currently the beta side doesn't have the option to turn it off.With that said, if your willing to be patient for this game, I have good feelings and high hopes.now if you all will excuse me... my 1 year old has figured out how to take off his diaper and run at the same time.. Don't do it. The game has gone nowhere in almost two years, and their "open beta" (why have a beta for an early release product?) has just gotten worse that it was two years ago. They made a confusing multi-planet solar system interface, they took away the survival "crash landing" theme, and they took away the FOV sliders, making me hurl after playing the game for 10 minutes due to the restricted 45 degree FOV. The game had promise two years ago but they lost sight of what made the game good and they've done nothing to finish polishing those aspects, while breaking other things.. I honestly dont know why all the roasting and flaming about the game.. 10\/10 for the game, awsome experience and HUUUUUUGEEEEEE potential to the game itself I just hope that developers dont quit on it coz baby I am HOOKED AF 32 in few day , really fun with friends.. gj dev team you have smth rly awsome here..- make food to be rot over time- add freezer object for food storage ( or atleast for fresh meat )- More npcs and wildlife neutral and hostile- bigger and harder to get skill and talent tree- passive perks for classes would be nice- and i would def add more harder modes for survival, food and water on extreme is still way to easy to handle..I would compare this game to The Forest ( which is imo top game i have ever played ) but infinite potential for expansionpeople , buy EA support the devs , make this game happen !. to much work. The game has it's good and bad. It does have bugs that need to be fleshed out and sometimes the progress was a little slow. But I had it since early on and always found it to be very enjoyable.It has the atmospheric feel along with being like Matt Damon in The Martian, to some extent.There is quite a bit to build from the various structures, vehicles, it includes multiple planets to explore and you can mine on the asteroids (which is challenging at first to not drift away when moving).For those who nit pick and expect the best from games will complain. But when you enjoy sci-fi and anything to do with the universe or building bases etc, it is well worth it.If you prefer to wait for a sale then pick it up then and follow it through. I still believe in it getting even better than it is and it is one of my favourite games.. I bought this because I watched the Yogscast play this and I was immediately entranced. Then this game is just empty and buggy. Progress is slow and dull. Monsters are just a nuisance that gets in the way.. As long as it\u00b4s in early access, I do not recommend buying it. It might not be worth it. For the most part, it\u00b4s the base-concept that has been developed so far. Despite all the performance issues the gameplay doesn\u00b4t really work. There isn\u00b4t much to do and the things you can do, aren\u00b4t polished in any way. Fighting, building, and farming are all kind of broken. There seems to be a story, but I couldn\u00b4t even get to the first checkpoint. The game surely has potential, but at this stage, it is not really playable.. Its dead in the water, they took the money and ran.. Getting CONSTANT lag spikes that sometimes last 10 seconds to 3 and can barely play this game (GTX 1050Ti, i5 8300H)and i can play Apex Legends on HIGH. This game, is not playable. I would recommend No Man's Sky or Surviving Mars.. Walk without rythm to not attract the worm.Osirs is a very beautiful game with a nice atmosphere.It's obvious that the Dune books and\/or movies had a lot of impact on the design.However, it's suffering from early access problems and grows very slow, due to its very small dev team.Furthermore the game is very performance heavy, so better don't even try with a less than 4gb gpu.Beyond that its a good ea game and worth to explore the handmade maps.
